Bo Develius For APCY

6 March 2019

For this next preview of our latest issue “A Place Called Youth” beautiful boy Bo Develius (Nisch Management Stockholm) took Boys by Girls photographer Cecilie Harris around to all of his favourite places in his hometown of Stockholm, Sweden. Bo is a great example of the finest Sweden has to offer and we love it, but more than that… we love him!

Shot on many locations, Bo was not styled for the shoot but instead captured by Cecilie in just the tank top and jeans that he had arrived in; with grooming by Hanse Andersson. This was a shoot about him and his specials spots in Stockholm. Apparently he and Cecilie stopped for many coffee and sweet breaks throughout the day, which he called ‘Fikas’; Swedish adventures are very hard work after all!

Ultimately, Bo is adorable and thus was absolutely perfect for Boys by Girls’ 4th issue. Whether it be his Scandinavian handsomeness, his fondness of anything fast moving and with speed, his impressive backflips or his lovely hospitality, we are sure we will be seeing this boy soon again. And we shall be sure to bring the "fika" tradition over to London. It's genius.

A few image previews below, but make sure you get your hands on a copy to see their Scandinavian adventure in all its glory. There are also some charming polaroids included in the issue itself that we won't spoil here, but keep for those of you that own an issue as your special treat. You can find details on stockists here.
