Get lost. Get lost in those pages and don’t come home. Taste the fantasy, feel the dotted squiggles and ink the dreams on your chest. Leave the constant ticking’s and mundane chimes of winter and lope into a world of lone sanctuary and delight.

Fresh faced and doe eyed, you believe everything the sheets tell you. As if they are a bible that demand your undivided attention, you lose track of the time you spent wondering about the time you let slip. You fall fast into an arena of words, using only your conscious as breaks. Time never felt so sweet.

Photographer Shaira Luna takes George Hard at AMCK on a trail of newfound words. Relying not only on the magic in the folds but on natural lighting entirely, George is etched in shadows as if he is a character in his own novel. ‘Agi and Sam’ and ‘Uniqlo’ take us back to the days of the ABC, with signature winter pieces being a great companion to your spicy mug of mulled wine. Pausing moments of winter monotony to uncover the wonderful art of time wasting, Sharia’s images take us on a journey with George as he loses himself in the pages of the rabbit hole.
