Issue 8 Out Now!

15 May 2015

After months of hard work, weeks of perfecting and numerous tea filled days, we are finally happy to present you with Issue 8 of Boys By Girls Magazine "The Trouble With Boys". This issue we truly created from the heart, from all the boys featured to all the stories told. All in an effort to continue to explore and share our capture of the contemporary young man and their journey through adolescence.

Our brand new issue is freshly printed on 160 pages of uncoated paper (that smells great too) and will sit happily in UK, as well as international stockists. Issue 8 is also available to order online, delivered straight to your doorstep.

This issue, we dig further into our authentic approach to representing male youth. In addition to our usual set of beautiful editorials, we include more documentary stories, musicians, poets, illustrator and designer features. We want you to feel the same emotions we felt, feel the sunkissed images, the teenage angst, the stories and the giggles. We have dug deeper into the mind of the modern boy to explore their world and what lies beneath the surface. Issue 8 boasts 23 boys, 2 girls, 3 musicians, and 9 female photographers.

This time we offer two stunning covers - a perfect juxtaposition of two amazing cover boys, both wearing the latest trends by Saint Laurent. We play with yin and yang with 'the untroubled boy' versus 'the troubled boy - the carefree world of Anders Hayward versus Sam Alexander representing the 'troubled" youth. Both very relatable and inspirational in their own way, these are stories we are proud to tell.
