Video: Jed Texas For APCY

15 December 2012

As photographer Cecilie Harris said “Everyone has a very special place in their hearts for Jed.” And everyone should know him… or meet him at least once. Today we treat you with another slice of our latest issue “A Place Called Youth” and show you the beautiful footage captured by Cecilie on her editorial shoot with the amazing boy that is Jed Texas (Elite Models London).

We do love capturing boys in their natural environment and Jed was no exception, the exclusive video below features Jed in his flat. Wearing his own clothes, the images are beautifully revealing and show a different side than the one seen in many of his high fashion campaigns. The video even contains footage of this charming boy writing down his rap (multi-talented or what!).

As one of the Superdry boys for previous seasons, we made sure to capture Jed wearing some of his own pieces by the brand during the shoot. We have a bit of a love affair going with the label, definitely encouraged by our recent visit to the Superdry Press offices when we went to see a cheeky preview of their new Spring/Summer ’13 collections.

If you aren’t as in love with this boy as we are quite yet, make sure you pick up our brand new issue “A Place Called Youth” to see Jed’s full editorial and even read the full page of his rap’s lyrics (find a preview of the wondrous editorial here.) We’re pretty sure you’ll be head over heels after that.
