Portraits Of Ryan At Storm

6 March 2019

Ryan’s beautiful classic jawline is captured as if sculpted by the hands of Donatello in this monochrome series. The light casts beautiful shadows on Ryan's face, encapturing his strong yet graceful personality. Taking us on a visual journey, enhanced by his ability to move with purpose. Only scouted last year he has spent the past five years as a Junior Premier League football captain. His ability to juggle several different hats makes Ryan a bit of a mystery. His expressions range from stern, to pensive and jovial.

Sophie Mayanne easily captures the balance between beauty and strength in this series. Her beauitful direction and exciting framing, combined with Ryan's beauty and strength, form a synergy that brings the story to a beautifully mysterious and inspiring close.

Grace Alexander's styling shines through with a subtle yet strong selection, including Topman, Nike and Acne Studios. The classic yet casual styling reflects his youthful, yet refined aesthetic. His strength is enhanced by the simplicity of the tailoring. The power of the minimalistic.
