Next Models Selfie Competition

10 August 2013

Next Model Management is holding a selfie competition in collaboration with the Sundown Music Festival, and Boys by Girls will be there to capture it all!

The lovely people at Next Model Management is in search of some new talent, and are bringing you the opportunity to a free weekend of glamping at the Sundown Festival through the art of ‘The Selfie’. Since the beginning of 2013, the term ‘selfie’ has experienced a meteoric rise to the forefront of society. A world away from the bulky, camera-less mobile phones of years gone by, smart phones with even smarter applications allows all users to share snaps instantaneously and has been widely promoted by the famous and beautiful who share glimpses of their lives (and faces) through the wonderful world of Instagram.

So why should you be interested in the art of selfie taking? If you are an aspiring model this is the perfect opportunity for perfecting your pout and practicing your angles, as global modeling and talent agency Next Management have launched a competition where one boy and one girl will win a Prize Package of VIP tickets to the Sundown Festival in Norfolk, including luxury boutique camping and the chance to get scouted by one of the world’s biggest agencies.

Next Management are working with the festival organisers to scout new talent, and the BBG team will be right along side them capturing everything the weekend has to offer, including the model potential.

So what do you have to do to win? Get yourself on Instagram and pull your best pose possible, then tag the picture @nextmodelmgmt and use the official hash tag #NextFaceOfSundownUK. The competition is now live and is open to 18-23 year old UK residents and closes on 22nd of August. Next Management will then announce the winner before the festival commences. Take some inspiration from the selfies above and have fun with it!
