Madeon For Issue 8

22 May 2015

Builder of technological bliss, yet undefined by a specific genre. Floating seamlessly through the sounds of the beat, French producer Madeon can be found deep inside the heart of Issue 8 "The Trouble With Boys". From sounds for Coldplay to production for Lady Gaga's Artpop album, we delve deeper into notes, tunes and words floating through Madeon's young, yet wise mind.

"It always kind of feels like I'm floating a little bit. My vision of the world changes. It's always shifting".

Cecilie Harris takes to the heart of Soho, capturing Madeon in on of the cities coolest record shops. Surrounded by multiple archives and genres inside Phonica Records, we giggle, laugh and smile as Madeon sits among the records. Styled by David Nolan, a youthful vibe is mixed with a hint of angst, as designers Saint Laurent and John Varvaratos are bought into the mix. Madeon gets cosy on the sofa and in his humorous and insightful way talks about his amazing journey so far and about his new album 'Adventure', which is also out now.

To see more images of this stunning producer and read his full issue 8 exclusive interview, issues are now available to purchase in shops or online here.

Special thanks to Phonica Records
