LCM: The SUPA Boys

12 January 2014

If you haven’t yet heard of London’s newest agency, Supa Model Management, you definitely should. Not even a year old, the agency provided the designers of London Collections: Men this Autumn/Winter ’14 season with a healthy supply of quality models including some of the worlds most reputable names such as Arthur Gosse, Clement Chabernaud, Max Rendell and Tom Barker.

This season, the agency welcomed through it’s doors many of their returning models, as well as an abundance of new faces, both international and local. For approximately five days (castings and LCM included) the small but mighty agency office became a hotel, luggage holding area, cafe/restaurant, and of course continued to be an extremely busy model agency. With the phone ringing off the hook, there was endless demand for the agency ‘Supamen’ and yet again they had a very triumphant season.

Three of the AW14 collections unveiled this season were modeled exclusively by Supamen: Katie Eary, Kit Neale and Baartmans & Seigel. It was also a huge overall success for the agency who had 7 boys in the Tom Ford presentation, 5 boys walking for Alexander McQueen, 7 walking for Burberry Prorsum (including 17 year old Burberry exclusive Robbie McKinnon) and 9 for Xander Zhou. These numbers are just a drop in the ocean of fashion week, with boys appearing in around 30 shows and presentations.

For exclusive backstage images of all of the Supamen that appeared in London Collections: Men this season, you can follow Supa on instagram @SUPAmodelmanagement. Below Ama Samra gives us a selection of her images captured, as she followed the Supa Model Management boys from show to show last week.
