LCM: Kit Neale SS16

13 June 2015

Welcome to the tea party of this summer. If you were following us last year you can maybe remember just how enthusiastic we were about Kit Neale’s first ever solo runway show, and this season our love for him has only grown. An array of fans kitted out, (excuse the pun), in trademark bold patterns and bright colours enthusiastically waiting to be let into Victoria House.

From the very kitsch-British teapot invitation to the 80s revival psychedelic patterns this collection oozes car boot sale chic; featuring your mothers favourite floral patterns, your fathers go-to holiday bucket hats and your grandmas eccentric earrings.

The boys jauntily paraded down the runway showing off silky sportswear, bow tied bucket hats and our absolute favourite, some boldly printed floral dresses. Kit Neale has broken through the gender boundary with confidence showing us that floral dresses are not only for your normal kind of housewife. After all, we do love a man in a dress!

So, get your most audacious, clashing prints out and do it Kit Neale style. Well done Kit Neale, you’ve done it again. We applaud you.
