Jolie For Issue 7

1 December 2014

Now, in 2014, it is almost abnormal not to stumble across androgynous boys; there is a multitude of perfect rosy cheeks, gorgeous locks and prim eyelashes and it is somewhat adorning to see models like Jolie Hamilton-Warford at Select Model Management looking incredibly breathtaking whilst executing androgyny perfectly. Past her handsome dusty blonde hair, it seems as though Jolie is paving the way for all those misunderstood, self-proclaimed, 'girls-that-dress-like-boys'.

Photographer Alastair Strong creates this chapter of Issue 7 - the vice versa of Boys By Girls in a Girls By Boys approach. In a perfectly overcast 8-page spread, placing Jolie right in the centre of her neighbourhood, one we can all relate to, things we endlessly see in day to day life. Stylist Way Perry brings this town scene to life by bringing in a hint of 90s inspiration, wearing the likes of well known designers such as Stussy and Carhartt. It’s all baggy jeans and bucket hats.

The compelling side of Jolie is only one of the reasons to find out more about her, and this story captured at her home in true BBG style. To finish the chapter of this story, click here to purchase Issue 7 for yourself. It's very nice.
