BBG Presents: Dylan Jordan

15 August 2016
Reaching for a palette of warm, fuzzy oranges and dusty shades of pink, the sun paints the Californian sky and calls to the early bird to start the day. Taking to the open road, Dylan Jordan is in persuit of the morning's beauty. Approaching winding paths gently lit by the artist over 93 million miles away, the taste of freedom is sweet.
Seeking entertainment opportunities at every turn, Dylan leans into the bends as if driving a heavy Honda, softly brushing past the hay grass and delicate roadside flowers. But who is Dylan? A question he finds himself answering each and everyday. As of now, he is an aspiring actor enveloping himself in the entertainment industry. A boy that is not afraid to cry during an improv class in a scene where his imaginary girlfriend broke up with him. His aura is captured in all its flawlessness by photographer Nicola Collins, with styling by Teena Collins reminiscent of a young Leonardo DiCapro in 1996’s 'Romeo & Juliet'.
Sporting a floral button up and vintage baggy Levi’s, you can't help but stare wide-eyed to the already authentic classic actor vibe this boy has. Remember that billowy silk Hawaiian shirt hanging perfectly off DiCaprio, as he strolled along the beach? Dylan's look is completed by Bekah Lesser's natural grooming, pushing back his floppy hair to reveal his beaming smile. It's still early and there's yet another mile to go. Chasing the now powdered sky, he reflects on his ambitions and the importance of happiness. Pause. Breathe. What's next?
