Following on from our previous feature that introduces you to our newly released 5th issue of Boys by Girls titled "Lessons", this time we wanted to give you another reason to buy yourself a copy; Union J!
As you already know, the lovely Union J are on one of the two covers for this issue, which is followed up by a hilarious, fun, and truly honest interview with the four boys inside the magazine. Along with some stunning images, which include George looking like a gorgeous vampire, and all the boys generally looking all sophisticated and grown up. These boys aren't just your usual handsome teenagers - they are inspiring, down to earth and ridiculously talented. They are the perfect example of work hard - play hard, and a great role model for the younger generation, as their ethics are all about team work and positive energy.
Of course, the interview isn't all you have to look forward to, as it is accompanied by a selection of stunning images of the beautiful boys. As a band in one of the most photographed industries out there, photographer Cecilie Harris wanted to shoot the boys in a more artistic manner, with unique maturity and fashion influence. Cecilie worked with stylist Chad Burton to dress the boys in a way that portrayed them as young yet sophisticated at the same time. The shoot includes full looks from Topman; a perfect representation as it is young, cool, yet stylish all the same, and Christopher Shannon; a designer that Boys by Girls has a lot of love for showing off the fun and quirky side of Union J perfectly. These two lovely brands were combined with shoes from Kurt Geiger, who you can't go wrong with on any occasion. Big thanks Robin for introducing us to the the wonderful setting of the Powder Keg Diplomacy pub in Clapham - the beautiful interior set off the perfect vibe for the shoot.
Union J's single "Beautiful Life" is released on 20th October and debute album "Union J" comes out on 28th October, so keep your eyes peeled for the gorgeous boys in the next couple of months. We won't share too much to ruin all the fun for you, so be sure to get your copy to check out the full 8-page feature in our latest print issue!
